Career paths may include transitioning into fields like human resources, behavioral health support, data analysis, market research, or case management. Companies often support skill development through online training or mentorship programs, allowing for career progression even in a remote setting. Networking with colleagues and participating in team projects can further open doors to more advanced or specialized roles.
