• Conduct comprehensive counseling and therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions and emotional well-being through detailed evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with industry regulations and clinic protocols, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.
• Provide ongoing support and management for clients diagnosed with mental health disorders and/or substance use issues, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, contributing insights and sharing best practices to enhance team performance and service delivery.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our clinic, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele that includes individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Our focus includes people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, allowing you to apply your skills in a meaningful context that promotes recovery and resilience. Your role will be instrumental in breaking down barriers to mental health care and delivering culturally competent services.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required to ensure a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential for legal practice.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is necessary to ensure proficiency in clinical skills and understanding of therapeutic processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are crucial for building trust and rapport with clients, as well as collaborating effectively within the team.
• Demonstrated ability to forge strong, meaningful relationships with clients, fostering an environment of support and encouragement.

While not mandatory, experience working in an outpatient setting and familiarity with remote counseling techniques will be advantageous. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms can enhance your effectiveness in delivering care and maintaining client records.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
