Adisseo is a global leader in animal nutrition solutions. We are seeking a Dairy Technical Manager to deliver science-based technical excellence that drives customer performance, product adoption, and commercial impact across North America. 


  • Provide advanced dairy nutrition expertise to consultants, solving herd challenges 

  • Translate data from field & university settings, and nutrition concepts into clear, valuedriven recommendations that support sales opportunities 

  • Lead and support field trials, converting results into customerrelevant evidence 

  • Act as a technical thought leader for Adisseo in the dairy industry through customer meetings, training, and industry events 

  • Partner closely with Sales, Technical Marketing, and R&D to ensure consistent execution of approved positioning and claims 

  • PhD (preferred), DVM, or MS in Dairy/Animal Nutrition or Animal Science 

  • 5+ years experience in dairy nutrition, feed additives, or commercial dairy production systems 

  • Strong knowledge of ration formulation, herd performance drivers, and applied nutrition 

  • Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrix, customerfacing environment 

  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel (~50%)
