Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

This full-time telehealth role is for an LPCC who wants to provide steady, client-focused therapy from a remote setting. You will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing counseling for a range of mental health concerns. The work is centered on quality care, clear communication, and helping clients make progress in a private online setting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver scheduled telehealth counseling sessions to clients in Kentucky
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
  • Create treatment plans that reflect each client's needs and goals
  • Provide ongoing therapy using appropriate clinical methods
  • Document sessions, client progress, and care updates in a timely manner
  • Assess for risk, safety concerns, and changes in client presentation
  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
  • Participate in care coordination when needed
  • Stay current with professional standards and licensure requirements

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LPCC license in Kentucky
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field
  • Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or groups
  • Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
