As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will operate from the comfort of your home office, leveraging technology to connect with clients through secure teletherapy platforms. • Conduct initial consultations and regular sessions with patients to assess their mental health status, identifying key issues and concerns.
• Develop, implement, and adapt therapeutic plans based on patient needs, employing evidence-based practices tailored to individual circumstances.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to support clients in their recovery journey.
• Maintain consistent and open lines of communication with patients, providing them with tools, resources, and coping strategies to manage their mental health challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and refer patients to necessary external resources.
• Document treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary in compliance with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including those struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. Your ability to connect with individuals from various cultural backgrounds and understand their unique experiences will be essential in providing effective, culturally responsive care.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapy techniques.
• Deep understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and related clinical documentation practices.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy, utilizing inclusive approaches that consider cultural responsiveness.
• Exceptional skills in crisis intervention and de-escalation in high-stress situations, ensuring client safety and trust.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within our team.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
