Allied Health Psychotherapy Center is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to connect with clients via video conferencing and other digital communication tools, making therapy accessible and conducive to comfortable interactions. You will have regular support and collaboration opportunities with your colleagues during virtual team meetings and case discussions, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and maintain accurate documentation.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client mental health status and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client assessments, utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group-based, providing clients with tools and strategies to address their mental health challenges.
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to help clients achieve their goals.
• Refer clients to specialized healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support groups, when additional resources are needed.
• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and client interactions in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participating in case reviews and contributing to comprehensive care strategies.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Allied Health Psychotherapy Center, you will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Your experience and sensitivity in handling the unique needs of each client will be crucial in providing effective support and care.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic methodologies, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated ability to provide culturally competent care and adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Proficient in using EHR systems and technology for documentation and communication.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality in all interactions.

• Experience with telehealth practices and the ability to engage clients effectively in a virtual format.
• Familiarity with a wide range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Previous work with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or trauma-affected individuals is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
