Position Summary
We are hiring motivated, people-focused individuals to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will connect with union and association members who have requested information about their benefits, explain available options, and assist them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound and outbound client inquiries
Schedule and lead virtual benefits consultations
Explain benefit programs and coverage options in a clear, professional way
Assist clients with applications and required documentation
Keep accurate records and maintain strong client relationships
Take part in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
Qualifications
