As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our remote operations team.

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to Oates Energy's operations and internal teams. This role helps ensure that company records, communications, schedules, documents, and routine administrative processes are organized, accurate, and completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks in a remote environment. Strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to prioritize work independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to internal teams and management
  • Organize, maintain, and update company records and documents
  • Respond to routine internal and external inquiries by phone, email, and other approved communication channels
  • Prepare, format, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence
  • Enter and update information accurately in company systems and databases
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal activities
