  • Create reports and dashboards that provide visibility into data quality, prospect coverage, and campaign readiness.
  • Continuously evaluate new data sources, technologies, and methodologies to improve Benchmark's targeting capabilities.
  • Document data management processes and establish best practices for ongoing governance.
  • Meet or exceed all performance and operational goals.
Job Requirements

As a Data Operations Specialist, you must be highly organized, process‑driven, and capable of maintaining exceptional attention to detail while managing large volumes of information. You should possess strong analytical abilities and a passion for transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence.

Specific qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data querying.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Experience utilizing data providers such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, Data Axle, Clay, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data hygiene, enrichment, validation, and governance best practices.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration tools, and workflow automation platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Compensation

Compensation: On‑target earnings (OTE) of $60,000–$70,000 annually, consisting of base salary and performance‑based incentives. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and achievement of performance objectives.
