Position Overview

The Receptionist is responsible for providing professional front-line communication and administrative support to Oates Energy. This role assists customers, residents, property representatives, vendors, and internal team members by responding to routine inquiries, directing communications, maintaining records, and supporting daily administrative activities.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable communicating by phone, email, and other digital channels. Strong communication skills, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and respond to incoming calls using approved company communication systems
  • Greet and assist customers, residents, vendors, and other callers professionally
  • Direct calls, messages, and inquiries to the appropriate department or team member
  • Respond to routine inquiries by phone, email, and other approved communication channels
  • Provide accurate general information regarding company services and procedures
  • Take detailed messages and ensure appropriate follow-up
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and callbacks as needed
