Job description

Monk Law Group, PLLC, seeks a Legal Receptionist to join our growing team at our Lakeland office. The Legal Receptionist answers and routes a high volume of calls from clients and other offices, as well as properly manages the firm calendar.
The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and will properly follow established systems and protocols. The ideal candidate has an understanding of administrative and clerical systems and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Experience in the legal field is preferred, but not required. Candidates will be able to respond to client concerns with efficiency and empathy.
Requirements:
  • Full time availability
  • A high school diploma is required
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strict adherence to established systems and protocols for call routing, scheduling, and calendaring
  • Prior administrative, secretarial, and/or receptionist experience preferred, but not required
