• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' mental health status, therapeutic needs, and personal goals. You will utilize standard assessment tools and collaborate with educators and parents to gather pertinent information.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and narrative therapy techniques tailored to the school environment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with students' unique situations and foster their growth while regularly reassessing progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients, creating a safe space where they feel comfortable discussing their challenges and working collaboratively towards positive change.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards, ensuring all interactions comply with legal requirements and institutional policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions that enhance your skills and keep you updated on best practices in social work.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily work with a diverse population of students facing various mental health challenges, emotional difficulties, and situational stressors. Your role will involve collaborating with parents, school counselors, and other stakeholders to improve students' overall well-being and academic outcomes. By providing culturally sensitive and appropriate interventions, you will help foster resilience and emotional stability.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, with expertise in a school or educational setting being preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention techniques.
