Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s background and mental health status.
  • Collaborate with clients to design tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual goals, needs, and cultural values, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Utilize crisis intervention techniques for clients in acute distress, ensuring timely support and the coordination of care with other healthcare professionals for ongoing treatment.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries following regulatory guidelines and clinic policies.
  • Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for effectively managing mental health conditions.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive and continuous care for all clients.
