• Conduct one-on-one video chat therapy sessions with clients, focusing on their mental well-being and goal-setting.
• Facilitate open discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, guiding them toward personal insights.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate their treatment goals and aspirations.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions, developing tailored treatment plans grounded in solution-focused methodologies based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize our user-friendly therapist platform for efficient management of client interactions, including scheduling, documentation, and secure communications.

Your focus will primarily be on low-acuity adults who are seeking support for everyday mental health challenges such as anxiety, relationship issues, and transitional life changes. You will play a vital role in improving their overall wellness and empowering them to lead more fulfilled lives through effective therapy and support.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.
• No disciplinary actions or limitations on licensure should be present in your professional record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Strong computer literacy skills, allowing you to navigate our therapeutic platform with ease.

While all experienced LMFTs are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those who have a track record of working in diverse therapy settings, specializing in couple or family therapy, and who have demonstrable success in remote therapy delivery.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, supplemented by comprehensive benefits to support your well-being.
