Job description

Radiologist – Remote or Hybrid Role

One of our Florida-based outpatient imaging clients is looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Radiologist who performs well in a fast-paced, quality-oriented outpatient environment and enjoys a diverse mix of general, neuro, breast, and MSK cases. This flexible hybrid role allows a true blend of onsite time at their advanced imaging facilities and remote reading from home, backed by robust IT infrastructure and seamless integration.

What Sets This Role Apart:

  • Flexible hybrid/remote scheduling — Monday–Friday core hours or part-time options, balancing occasional onsite collaboration with significant remote flexibility
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Strictly outpatient — No call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays
  • Highly efficient workflow — All studies arrive complete and ready-to-read through an integrated platform that manages scheduling, QA, and technologist support
  • Modern cloud-based voice dictation — Structured reporting built for speed, accuracy, and consistency
  • Strong operational backbone — Clean, complete orders with dedicated support for referring provider communication
  • Well-regarded regional practice — Recognized for diagnostic precision, innovation, and service excellence in Florida outpatient imaging

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology (or board eligibility; ABR or equivalent)
  • Proficiency across XR, US, PET/CT, CT, MRI, mammography, and MSK interpretations
  • Eligible for a Florida medical license
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, efficient approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fellowship training in neuro, MSK, body, or breast imaging
  • Strong experience with advanced modalities: MRI, CT, 3D mammography, US, PET/CT, and X-ray

This practice prioritizes a tech-forward, low-friction environment with integrated systems that keep the emphasis on clinical work rather than paperwork. You'll join a supportive, forward-thinking radiology group that values quality, professional satisfaction, and genuine work-life balance while leading outpatient imaging in their markets.
