What is remote administration?

Remote administration refers to the process of managing and maintaining computer systems, networks, or servers from a location different from where the systems are physically housed. This is typically achieved using specialized software or remote access tools that allow administrators to monitor, troubleshoot, and update systems securely over the internet. It helps businesses ensure their systems remain operational and secure, even if IT staff cannot be physically present.
