Chief Financial Officer (CFO)ย 

CS Contract Solutions LLC is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to serve as the senior financial leader of a multiโ€‘state telecommunications infrastructure services organization. The Chief Financial Officer reports directly to the managing partners and is responsible for the integrity, strategy, and execution of all financial operations while providing executiveโ€‘level partnership and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy โ€” Advise the CEO and ownership on financial direction, capital allocation, and risk. Maintain longโ€‘range financial models and evaluate major business decisions.
  • Financial Planning & Reporting โ€” Lead budgeting, forecasting, and GAAPโ€‘compliant financial statement preparation. Maintain executive dashboards and reporting packages.
  • Accounting Operations โ€” Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, internal controls, and multiโ€‘state compliance.
  • Cash Management & Treasury โ€” Manage liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, credit facilities, and collections.
  • Payroll Oversight โ€” Provide executive oversight of multiโ€‘state payroll for approximately 400+ employees using ADP Workforce Now.
  • Contract Financial Management โ€” Analyze profitability, review contract terms, support pricing strategy, and ensure margin protection.
  • Team Leadership โ€” Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team and build scalable systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership, including 5 years in a senior or Chief Financial Officerโ€“level role
  • Experience overseeing financial operations for a company with $100M+ in annual revenue
  • Expertise in multiโ€‘state financial operations, payroll tax compliance, and GAAP reporting
  • Experience leading a finance team of four or more
  • Strong financial modeling and accounting systems proficiency; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Telecommunications, field services, or projectโ€‘based industry experience
  • Familiarity with pieceโ€‘rate workforce models and ISP billing
  • Experience with privateโ€‘equity or lender reporting
  • Background in integrations or rapidโ€‘growth environments
