Staff Accountant- Sarasota, FL (100% Remote)

What You'll Do:• Support month-end close (journal entries, budget vs. actuals)
• Reconcile GL & subsidiary accounts; resolve discrepancies
• Prepare financial statements & balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyze variances and support reporting insights
• Review sales commissions & approve monthly payments
• Assist with audits and budget process
What You Bring:• Bachelor's in Accounting
• 4-6 years general ledger experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
