Therapy Team Lead

$60k-$61k annual salary
At ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions we offer unique and individualized care to children, adolescents, adults, the aging population, those with developmental disabilities and those suffering from extreme trauma. Our clients are supported by a team of mental health counselors, social workers, certified nurse practitioners, case managers and psychiatrists to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve. Responsibilities may include:
  • Managing a team of mental health clinicians by providing professional support, training and mentorship.
  • Managing a caseload of clients at 30% productivity.
  • Performing comprehensive assessments and providing patient visits as scheduled.
  • Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
  • Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
  • Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
  • Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.

Requirements for this position include:
  • Master's degree in social work or counseling.
  • Social Work License or equivalent.
  • Experience in community-based counseling.
  • Managerial experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
