Our client is a well-established leader in the security solutions industry, providing innovative residential and commercial security technologies. With decades of experience, they deliver advanced solutions including integrated alarm systems, monitored fire and carbon monoxide protection, flood detection, medical alert devices, and other cutting-edge safety technologies. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a motivated Key Account Sales Representative to expand key customer relationships and drive new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow key customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Represent our client throughout the Fort Lauderdale market and surrounding areas.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Outside Sales, or Business Development.
  • Experience in the security, technology, telecommunications, building automation, or related industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally for client meetings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
