DCX-CHOL Enterprises Inc. is a leading source for high performance interconnect products. We design, engineer, and produce cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, conduit assemblies, custom connectors, wire enclosures and much more!


We are privately held American owned small business made up of five (5) vertically integrated manufacturing and assembly divisions, each with their own history, specializations and products.


We are looking for experienced Program Specialist with the following qualifications:

JOB SUMMARY

The Program Specialist will manage assigned customer accounts from quotation to receipt of contracts and/or purchase orders through shipments. In this role, you will verify customer information, create sales orders, initiate contract reviews and monitor the operational execution through document control, engineering, planning, purchasing, production, quality and until shipments have been accepted by customers. The Program Specialist will handle customer communication including Request for Quotation, Order Confirmation, Return Material Authorizations coordinates on-site visits. The Program Specialist is the primary point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and related metrics, such as OTD (On Time Delivery). Carries out duties for US Government and US Government flow down contracts through multiple platforms such are Exostar, DIBBS, PIEE, and other customer portals.

SCHEDULE/COMPENSATION

  • Monday through Thursday (4-Day, 40-Hour Workweek)
    • 6:00AM - 4:30PM
    • Possible OT on Friday and/or Saturday as production demands require
  • Salary; Full-Time $60K to $70K Annually (Depending on Experience)


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Primary point of contact for USG and assigned customers.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, customers, and/or partners.
  • Track contract renewals, expirations, and important deadlines.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and/or projects.
  • Monitor program activities to ensure they meet organizational goals, timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Collect, track, and analyze program data; prepare reports and recommendations.
  • Develop or update program materials such as procedures, policies, training guides, and/or documentation.
  • Ensure program compliance with regulations, policies, and/or grant requirements.
  • Help identify process improvements to increase program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate day to day program operations to ensure activities run smoothly.
  • Maintain schedules, calendars, and timelines for program milestones.
  • Oversee documentation, records management, and data retention.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Associates Degree with a minimum of five (5) years of job-related experience. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar is preferred.
  • Preferred to be fluent in Syteline or a comparable ERP system and all Microsoft applications (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Previous experience in contracts administration, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing environment
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax and scanning machines.


Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical demands include the following but are not limited to good mobility, ability to move between both Pekin facilities and within the facilities, and lift 30lbs.
