Job description

We’re seeking expert PowerPoint Presentation Designers in ATLANTA AND CHICAGO to support a leading global organization. These individuals will participate in live planning sessions, capture key information and decisions in real time, and quickly translate complex discussions into polished, executive-level PowerPoint presentations.


Expert-level PowerPoint skills are mandatory for this role.


The Project

  • Short-term presentation design engagement supporting annual planning
  • Onsite attendance in Atlanta and Chicago is required
  • Approximately 2–3 days of in-person working sessions
  • Potential for evening and/or overnight work following planning sessions to prepare presentations for the next day's discussions
  • Work will primarily involve building and refining presentations within a predetermined executive-level PowerPoint template


Key Responsibilities

  • Attend live planning and working sessions in the Atlanta and Chicago offices
  • Distill complex information into clear, concise, executive-ready content
  • Build and develop sophisticated presentations within an established PowerPoint template
  • Transform rough content, notes, and ideas into compelling presentation narratives and visuals
  • Create and refine slides with strong attention to hierarchy, layout, typography, charts, graphics, and overall visual storytelling
  • Work quickly and accurately in a fast-moving environment with tight turnaround times
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make real-time or rapid revisions as planning sessions evolve
  • Maintain consistency with established brand and presentation standards

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is required
  • Professional experience in presentation design, executive communications, visual storytelling, or a related creative discipline
  • Professionalism and business casual dress required across all planned days
