Presentation Designer

AEG

Las Vegas, NV • On-site

Full-time

Posted 5 days ago

Job description

The Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix has rapidly become a world-class event in its first three years. This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.
SUMMARY:
The PowerPoint Presentation Designer will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Operations team by producing high-quality presentations and visual assets for the team's commercial proposals, partnership decks, and key internal deliverables.
Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Operations, the role will be a critical execution partner across the team's presentation output. The right candidate brings a high standard of craft to everything they produce, takes ownership of the details others overlook, and understands the quality needed to put in front of a partner or stakeholder.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Presentation Development
  • Design polished, high-impact PowerPoint presentations from direction provided by the Commercial Operations team, maintaining a standard of quality that reflects the caliber of the organization
  • Develop and uphold clean, brand-consistent slide layouts, templates, and formatting with an exacting eye for alignment, spacing, hierarchy, and visual coherence across every deck
  • Translate commercial data, partnership details, and strategic messaging into clear, compelling narratives
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality output on tight and sometimes shifting timelines
  • Conduct rigorous quality reviews on all materials before delivery, being mindful of even the most subtle inconsistencies in formatting, language, or design

Support on Deal & Sales Operations
  • Source and curate compelling, on-brand imagery for use across commercial proposals and presentation materials, approaching image selection as a deliberate and considered process
  • Working from a concept or direction provided, assess what a visual mockup needs to achieve, identify the right reference imagery, and develop a clear and detailed brief for the internal creative team, outlining the required adjustments and desired result
  • Act as the primary point of coordination between the Commercial Operations team and the creative team for mockup production, managing the feedback and revision process through to a finished deliverable
  • As needed, produce visual mockups independently, working directly in tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Integrate completed visual assets and mockups into presentation decks with precision and care for the overall design
  • Build and maintain an organized library of approved imagery, mockups, and visual assets for the team's ongoing use

Internal Support
  • Provide additional operational support to the Commercial Operations team as priorities evolve
  • Stay informed on visual and presentation design trends to ensure team materials remain fresh, competitive, and visually compelling

QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 2 years of experience in a presentation specialist, visual content, or closely related role; experience in sports, entertainment, media, or a similarly deadline-driven commercial environment is a strong plus
  • Background in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience; a strong portfolio carries more weight than formal credentials
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; proficiency in Canva or other design platforms is not a substitute; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • A portfolio of PowerPoint work that demonstrates both technical precision and visual quality; candidates will be asked to share examples
  • Strong visual sensibility grounded in design fundamentals including layout, typography, color, and hierarchy as applied to business and commercial presentations
  • Thoughtful and intentional approach to imagery selection, with the ability to identify visuals that serve the specific tone and purpose of a given deliverable
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • Ability to translate a creative concept into a precise, actionable brief for a design team and manage revisions through to a final result
  • Experience in working under pressure with the fluctuating pace of a fast-paced organization
  • Experience coordinating with internal creative or design teams to produce visual assets
