Integrated Social Therapy, LLC is actively seeking attentive and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our remote psychotherapy practice. This position provides the flexibility and convenience of remote work. Clinicians can work from their own environments, allowing for a personalized approach to delivering therapy. You'll have the freedom to manage your own caseload, typically averaging between 10 to 30 billable hours per week. We take care of all the administrative tasks, enabling you to focus on what truly matters—your clients.

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide focused short-term psychotherapy tailored to individual, family, and group needs, utilizing best practices in clinical intervention and management.
• Deliver therapy through various modalities, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, and supportive therapy for a wide range of mental health and dual diagnosis disorders.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for all service delivery while ensuring accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Collaborate closely with the integrated healthcare team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary personnel, to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment planning.
• Assess client treatment needs continually, adjusting therapeutic interventions based on client responses and outcomes.
• Participate actively in team meetings, clinical supervision, and quality management sessions to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

The clients you will be serving range from individuals experiencing common mental health issues to families dealing with complex relational dynamics. The practice serves a diverse population, including those with dual diagnosis disorders, which significantly impacts their quality of life. Your role will be pivotal in supporting these clients through therapy and linking them to community resources that bolster their mental health and well-being.

• A current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D.
• A Master’s or Doctoral level degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy services, ideally in similar settings.
• Proven proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience implementing evidence-based practices in therapy sessions and conducting diagnostic evaluations using the DSM-5.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and complex family dynamics.
• Background in assessing and coordinating care for clients with dual diagnosis disorders will be considered an asset.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
