Position Overview

Integrated Social Therapy, LLC is actively seeking passionate and licensed clinicians for the role of Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Work Environment

This position is predominantly remote, offering the flexibility to create a personalized work schedule. Therapists will utilize telehealth platforms to deliver services, ensuring that care remains accessible to clients regardless of geographical location. While the primary mode of service delivery is virtual, clinical staff have the option to participate in periodic group consultations, whether through video conferencing or in-person meetings. This arrangement promotes an engaging team dynamic while making it feasible to maintain up to 30 billable hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, utilizing the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) under supervision.
• Provide specialized short-term psychotherapy tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and groups, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Utilize telehealth technology to deliver services effectively, including crisis intervention and supportive therapy, as well as conducting skills training for clients facing diverse challenges.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists and nurse practitioners, to refine treatment plans and ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain and update electronic health records, documenting client progress and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Engage in clinical team meetings to discuss challenging cases, share insights, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Act as a clinical consultant for team members, providing guidance on effective therapeutic practices and family dynamics.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Integrated Social Therapy, LLC, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families grappling with mental health disorders, addiction issues, and dual diagnoses. Clients may range from adolescents experiencing changes in family dynamics to adults managing complex relationships and mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in assessing their needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A valid LMFT license or Psy.D license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in an outpatient or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with clients using evidence-based strategies in therapeutic interventions.
• Demonstrated ability to provide therapy across multiple modalities, including group, individual, and family therapy.
• Previous experience in an integrated healthcare setting that focuses on collaborative care.
