Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, creating detailed treatment plans that guide their therapeutic journey.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, offering evidence-based therapies and interventions tailored to each client's specific circumstances.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, documenting therapy sessions and progress notes in accordance with departmental policies and standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and community outreach coordinators, to deliver comprehensive mental health services.
  • Implement crisis intervention techniques as needed, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral challenges faced by our clients.
  • Engage with family members and support systems to discuss treatment progress and assist in the development of outplacement and discharge plans.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will primarily cater to individuals with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and those requiring dual diagnosis care. The variety of clients creates dynamic therapeutic relationships, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding them from crisis to stability. Our aim is to offer a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences, fostering resilience and promoting long-lasting change.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a successful track record of client engagement and therapeutic effectiveness.
  • Strong proficiency in technology, including word processing, email communications, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records management.
  • The ability to operate autonomously, showcasing excellent organizational skills and self-direction in your approach to client management.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in working with dual-diagnosed populations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms, particularly in delivering therapy remotely, will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of contemporary evidence-based therapeutic interventions and methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
