Job description

We help homeowners harmed by solar and financing companies. We are hiring a senior paralegal who can own consumer law cases and contract administration end to end, from intake through discovery, pleadings, and resolution, with real client contact throughout. You will manage cases across consumer law and contract administration, draft and file documents, keep matters organized and on deadline, and communicate directly with Spanish speaking clients. Many of our clients are Spanish speaking, so working legal register Spanish is important.

What you bring:

Comfort working remotely as a 1099 contractor full time. A systems mindset, organized, proactive, deadline driven. Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence and managing case timelines.

Nice to have:

Florida or California registered paralegal credential. Experience operating as an independent 1099 paralegal or running your own paralegal service. Consumer law, personal injury, or civil litigation background.
