Job description

Job Type: 1099 Contract

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity - not a W-2 employee role. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.

Location: Remote - USA

For over 25 years, we've been at the forefront of specialized claims management, helping healthcare providers recover meaningful revenue to enhance quality patient care in their communities. We're powered by people, driven by technology, and dedicated to our clients and employees.

As Revecore's Salesforce Consultant - Sales Operations, you will:

Lead two focused workstreams for Revecore's Sales Operations team: Salesforce infrastructure improvement and sales process documentation. This is a project-based engagement with a defined scope, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations. You will take ownership of auditing and improving Revecore's Salesforce environment - including a targeted custom object redesign and field cleanup - while building structured documentation that helps the sales team navigate Salesforce at every stage of the customer journey. This engagement is designed to produce durable, maintainable output that the internal team can build on after the engagement concludes.

The Role:

  • Redesign the Client Service Line custom object in Salesforce, preserving all existing data while improving layout, field organization, updated flows, and overall user experience for Sales and Client Success teams.
  • Conduct a full field audit across relevant Salesforce objects, inventorying all fields and flagging unused, duplicate, and deprecated fields with recommended actions.
  • Produce step-by-step Salesforce user guides and high-level customer journey documentation reflecting how deals move through the system from first touch to close.
  • Deliver a complete handoff package enabling the internal team or a future contractor to maintain and extend all delivered work.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience is a must, including custom object design, field management, workflow/flow automation, permission sets, and report/dashboard development
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured, and maintainable process documentation including SOPs, step-by-step user guides, workflow diagrams, and customer journey maps.
  • Ability to map end-to-end workflows, understand how data flows between objects, and document how Salesforce supports the broader customer journey from initial contact through final client termination.
  • Proven track record of delivering contract engagements on time with minimal oversight, including managing scope, surfacing blockers proactively, and communicating progress to a single stakeholder.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings and documentation to non-technical sales and operations audiences.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Advanced Administrator certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience conducting CRM field audits and custom object redesigns with live production data.
