We're seeking a motivated and outgoing Regional Sales Representative based in the Richmond, Virginia area to help expand our presence, strengthen client relationships, and drive new business opportunities within the insurance claims services industry.
This is an office/hybrid role with the potential to work fully remote after a time period. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on networking, enjoys building professional relationships, and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving organization offering uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do
- Prospecting insurance carriers -Calling or emailing potential clients to explain the firm's adjusting services and setting meetings with management
- Following up on inbound leads after storms, disasters, or claim surges
- Maintaining relationships with existing carrier accounts while identifying potential areas to increase business
- Coordinating with field adjusters and operations teams to ensure staffing availability
- Preparing proposals, service agreements, or pricing information
- Managing CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Attending virtual meetings or industry conferences
- Helping carriers understand turnaround times, licensing coverage, and geographic deployment capacity
- Tracking client data such as volume, performance, etc
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and engage clients consultatively
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- CRM experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
