What The Position is About:

  • Oversee all marketing departments and lead generation strategies for the company (direct reports include a Brand & Media Manager, Canvassing Manager, Regional Retail & Events Managers, Brand Ambassador Manager, Call Center Leadership, and Recruiting/Training Leadership)
  • Responsible for face-to-face marketing and expanding media lead generation
  • Develop and implement new marketing strategies to continue steady growth
  • Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships
  • Develop and deliver reports on KPIs
  • Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
