Job description

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead vibration analysis activities including data collection, route development, spectrum interpretation, and reporting

· Analyze equipment failures and perform root cause failure analysis on rotating equipment such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, and fans

· Develop and support predictive maintenance programs including vibration monitoring, thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis

· Monitor equipment performance and maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

· Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to prioritize corrective actions based on reliability data

· Support asset criticality assessments and reliability centered maintenance strategies

· Drive reliability improvement projects to extend equipment life and eliminate chronic failures

· Support the maintenance and optimization of condition monitoring tools and systems

· Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to equipment performance and maintenance activities

· Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and company policies

· Participate in cross functional teams to support plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred

· 5 or more years of experience in reliability engineering, vibration analysis, or maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment

· Strong experience with vibration analysis and rotating equipment diagnostics

· Vibration Analysis Certification (ISO Category III or similar) preferred

· Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies including vibration monitoring, ultrasound, thermography, and oil analysis

· Experience working with CMMS systems such as SAP or similar platforms

· Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills

· Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross functional manufacturing environment
