Job description

Your next shift: keep a plant running at peak efficiency

You arrive, scan production schedules, and head straight for your preventive rounds. A vibration spike on a conveyor motor? You trace it, isolate the fault, and bring the drive back within spec. A rooftop unit throws an alarm—minutes later, you’ve diagnosed the HVAC issue, restored comfort to the line, and logged the corrective. By midday you’re coordinating with operators, planning the next PM interval, and tuning equipment for maximum uptime. You move confidently between electrical panels, hydraulic power units, and control cabinets—always with safety at the forefront and aligned to our company’s policies, goals, and standards.

What you’ll do
  • Independently and collaboratively perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facilities assets.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC/R, and powerhouse systems to restore equipment to optimal performance.
  • Drive reliability through root-cause analysis, precise repairs, and continuous improvement that maximizes equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document work performed, communicate findings with plant personnel, and champion safety in every task.
Work schedule and physical demands
  • Ability to work up to 12 hours per day, with availability for overtime, weekends, and changing shifts as business needs evolve.
