General Description:
We are seeking an e-Data Services Analyst to join our team. The e-Data Services Analyst will provide technical litigation support to eDiscovery project managers, attorneys, paralegals and, as required, clients. The position is responsible for handling client data in accordance with proper chain of custody protocols in a way that ensures all media is tracked and stored in accordance with firm procedures.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

  • Track data acquisition from internal and external resources and verify data integrity
  • Process and transform electronic material in industry-standard processing tools; analyze and report on same
  • Coordinate with eDiscovery Services Project Managers to design and manage databases, including data load, creation of indices and execution of, RelativityOne and Everlaw scripts/applications
  • Perform data remediation, including case disposition and deletion, archive, and restore Relativity Server, RelativityOne and Everlaw workspaces, or databases related to other tools
  • Troubleshoot and recommend technical solutions
  • Provide assistance to legal teams with Relativity Server, RelativityOne, Everlaw, OnCue, Opus2, and Trial Director, in coordination with the eDiscovery Services Project Manager
  • Expected to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and full attention to and engagement in work activities on behalf of the firm during business hours unless otherwise approved or required by applicable law.
  • Special projects and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a law firm or eDiscovery vendor environment.
  • Technical expertise in data transformation tasks and the processing of modern data sets, including mobile device data and enterprise chat/collaboration platform data.
  • Creation, organization, and maintenance of large databases.
  • The ability to analyze a problem or project quickly and accurately, and work with the eDiscovery Services Project Manager to implement solutions.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or SQL.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery.
  • An understanding of the EDRM and FRCP.
  • Relativity and Everlaw Processing experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications & Education:

  • Certifications or equivalent on-the-job experience with, Relativity Server, RelativityOne, Everlaw, Opus2, Trial Director and OnCue are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
