Job Overview

The Specialist, Partner Marketing is an individual contributor role that provides essential operational and execution support to the Partner Marketing team. The role is designed as a strong learning opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience in B2B and partner marketing through hands-on involvement in campaigns, communications, reporting, and industry events. The Specialist works cross-functionally to help ensure partner marketing programs are executed smoothly, consistently, and on time, while taking on increasing ownership and responsibility over time. The Specialist also contributes to operational excellence by improving partner marketing workflows, templates, and tools to help the team scale more efficiently and reduce manual work. The role is intended to support professional development and skill-building, with the goal of growing into a more partner-facing partner marketing role as experience, confidence, and impact expand, helping the broader team scale and operate effectively.

Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own operational execution of partner marketing campaigns and programs, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage internal partner marketing communications, including calendars, updates, and visibility into timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Produce andmaintainrecurring and ad hoc marketing reports and dashboards, supporting campaign reviews and decision-making.
  • Manage Salesforce campaign setup, maintenance, and audits to ensureaccuratetracking, reporting integrity, and data hygiene.
  • Manage partner participation at Relativity-sponsored and third-party industry events, including coordinating partner sponsorships, joint event presence, shared deliverables, and post-event follow-up.
  • Lead assigned tactical initiatives and operational projects, driving timelines, asset readiness, and cross-functional coordination with minimal supervision.
  • Review, document, and improve partner marketing workflows, processes, and templates to help the teamoperatemore efficiently, consistently, and at scale.
  • Identifyopportunities to streamline operational work through improved process design, automation, and thoughtful use of AI-powered tools, in partnership with senior team members.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing ormarketingoperations role.
  • Demonstrated ability tooperateindependently on assigned initiatives, managing timelines, details, and stakeholders with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting clear internal updates and basic external marketing copy.
  • Working knowledge of marketing systems and tools such as Salesforce, email or marketing automation platforms, and project management software.
  • Comfort working with data, includingmaintainingreports or dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and drawing basic performance insights.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with an interest in improving processes and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated interest in improving processes, workflows, or systems to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$73,000 and $109,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
