Addison Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead and execute our inorganic growth strategy. Addison Group is a leading professional services firm that operates nationwide through its brands: Addison Group, Mondo, AIM Consulting, ArcLight Consulting, Bridgepoint Consulting, DLC, and Kranz.

Reporting to the CEO of Addison Group, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of M&A transactions โ€” from sourcing and evaluating targets to closing deals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is execution-focused, and brings deep corporate development or transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of M&A transactions: sourcing, vetting, conducting market and business due diligence, negotiating purchase agreements, and closing.
  • Partner with executive leadership, especially the CEO, to align M&A strategy with corporate growth objectives.
  • Develop and manage relationships with investment banks, brokers, and target companies.
  • Develop and conduct cold outreach programs to potential target companies.
  • Build and manage financial models, conduct valuation analysis, and assess strategic fit.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, HR, IT, and operations teams, as well as external advisors, to facilitate deal execution.
  • Present deal opportunities and recommendations to the CEO and the Board.
  • Support post-deal transition in partnership with internal functional leaders.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of total experience, with 5+ years in corporate development, investment banking, and/or private equity.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end deal execution.
