Position Summary:

The Regional Installation Manager is responsible for region leadership and oversight of daily installation operations of assigned territory. Includes management of Installation Managers and support staff. Maximize installation efficiency and quality through proper training, scheduling, and inventory management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and optimize region/territory of assigned offices for product installation and service

Monitor, analyze, and report out on individual office productivity and profitability

Lead a team of 5+ direct reports and 25+ indirect reports throughout assigned territory/region

Ownership of interview and selection process for Install Managers and Assistant Install Managers

Coordinate initial new hire training and ensure continuing education and mentorship of new hires going forward

Oversee and monitor installation orders and jobs with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency

Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness

Improve subcontractor retention rates through impactful training and engagement at the individual office level

Responsible for driving proficiency and efficiency amongst installation subcontractors

Partner with leadership on identifying systemic training gaps and propose solutions to address gap

Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures

Communicate with recruiting department where installation independent contractors are needed in territories

Must hold a valid driver's license.

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management

Track record of successfully recruiting training, coaching, and onboarding

Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods

Frequent travel as needed through the assigned territory/region

Prior experience in gutter and gutter protection system installation

25%-50% domestic travel required.
