The Opportunity You will serve as a vital field leader, spearheading the installation of high-efficiency heating and cooling systems for a legacy, veteran-operated company. This role empowers you to mentor junior crew members while delivering the "peace of mind" that has defined our local reputation since 1947. You will have the autonomy to manage complex installs with the backing of a supportive, family-first leadership team.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct the daily operations of an installation crew to ensure high-quality delivery of HVAC systems.
  • Execute complex installations of furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
  • Fabricate sheet metal components and manage high/low voltage wiring to meet project specifications.
  • Evaluate installed systems using specialized electrical test equipment to confirm peak performance.
  • Maintain strict adherence to local codes and safety protocols to protect the team and clients.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and sales teams to streamline project timelines and material logistics.
  • Cultivate strong customer rapport to ensure long-term satisfaction and brand integrity.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience on an HVAC installation crew.
  • Proven proficiency in PVC venting, PVC drain lines, brazing, and Pro-Press skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in the operation and maintenance of air handlers and heat pumps.
  • Active EPA Certification and a valid Driverโ€™s License.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, navigate crawl spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 years of experience in specialized residential and commercial HVAC installations.
  • Completion of a formal trade program or technical certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of indoor air quality (IAQ) products and specialized systems.
