Residential HVAC Service Technician

Location: Woburn, MA

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in providing quality workmanship, educating customers, and helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round.

Position Summary

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll educate homeowners, recommend the best solutions for their comfort needs, and play an important role in growing our service business.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, zoning systems, hydronic systems, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Perform annual maintenance and preventative service.
  • Educate homeowners on their HVAC systems, energy-saving opportunities, and preventative maintenance recommendations.
  • Present repair and replacement options while identifying opportunities to recommend additional services, products, and maintenance plans.
  • Accurately document service calls, recommendations, and completed work in ServiceTitan.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust with homeowners.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience servicing air conditioners, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, zoning systems, and hydronic heating systems.
  • Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage your schedule effectively.
  • Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
