Job description

HVAC Installer 

Hagler Heating and Cooling, Ozark, AL. We are a professional HVAC contractor and a leader in HVAC service and installation in our community since 2000. We provide heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions to our customers with installation, repair and maintenance in Ozark and the surround area.

We are currently looking for a HVAC Installer to join our team, someone with passion for serving customers, and great communication skills to educate customers on product and services. We provide our installers with the tools, and paid training to build a successful career in the HVAC industry!

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, full-time with occasional overtime

Pay Rate: Up to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Position Summary: To install Residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 2+ years HVAC installation experience or combination of education and experience
  • EPA Universal Certification or acquire within 6 months of employment
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to attended training classes and seminars
  • Completion of HVAC training - preferred
