Residential HVAC Installation Technician | Up to $45/HR + Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (for qualified applicants)

Pay & Advancement:
Compensation is based on experience, installation quality, leadership ability, productivity, and reliability in the field.

Lead HVAC Installer: $28-$35 per hour
Senior Lead Installer: $35-$40 per hour
Field Supervisor: $40-$45 per hour

What You'll Do:
Install residential HVAC systems, including full system replacements, change-outs, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and related components, while ensuring all work meets code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards. Maintain clean, organized job sites; communicate professionally with homeowners; complete installations efficiently without sacrificing quality; and assist with mentoring apprentices or helpers as needed.

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for experienced residential HVAC installers with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset. EPA certification is preferred or must be obtained shortly after hire. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.
