KitchenSaverยฎ has been providing quality service to customers for over 25 years in both custom kitchen remodeling and cabinet refacing. Due to tremendous growth, we are looking for an Installation Manager to manage our Installation

POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain, manage, and improve the Production department and its personnel and processes within an assigned territory.
ย 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Recruits, hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and when necessary, terminates Installation Technicians, Warehouse and Detail/Service Technicians, and Helpers.

  • Conducts in house training of new employees the first week of their employment.

2. Schedules detail measures and installations, assigns work to installation personnel on a daily basis, and communicates scheduling needs and changes with the Corporate Scheduling Department.
3. Reviews and signs off on the previous dayโ€™s installations, measure runs and completed services prior to the submission of the morning report to Corporate.
4. Reviews and signs off on new job folders which must be forwarded to the Corporate Production Department the following business day.
5. Monitors and maintains branch service ratings as established by the company. 6. Conducts inspections of completed installations to ensure jobs are being installed according to company standards and completes job inspection forms for each.
7. Evaluates all installation and customer service issues, makes appropriate recommendations for resolution, ensures issues are resolved in a timely manner, and immediately communicates each with Regional Manager.
8. Conducts one-on-one sessions with employees, records direct reports addressing issues in performance and conduct.
9. Holds weekly installer/staff meetings.

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelorโ€™s degree or related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years of age.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
Must have valid driverโ€™s license. Must have Lead Renovator Certification or acquire one at the next lead certification class.
