Job description

Installation Coordinator – Full-Time (No Nights, Minimal Weekends)
Join a family-run business in Sioux Falls and help us keep homes warm across the region.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to coordinate and support the installation of gas, wood, and electric fireplaces across the Sioux Falls metro area. This is a full-time role with steady hours, strong benefits, and a great work-life balance. No sales quotas. No overnight travel. Just meaningful work that keeps homes and families comfortable.

What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate fireplace installation schedules with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
• Work closely with our install crews and startup team to make sure jobs are well-prepped and on time.
• Communicate with city inspectors and assist with documentation or manufacturer clarifications.
• Support showroom operations once a month (evening hours).
• Occasionally assist with Saturday retail hours (every other week).
• Learn the technical side of fireplaces—no experience required, we’ll train you!
