Job Summary

  • The Regional Growth Leader works closely with the business to identify growth opportunities and to develop and execute innovative strategies to help the region, and Company overall, to increase revenue, market share, and overall business growth. The role focuses on driving the expansion and development of the Company by identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships and alliances, optimizing existing processes, and analyzing market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead demand generation and other associated campaigns from conception, planning, execution, and launch to post-launch analysis
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of territory sales and profitability
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers and Business Developers on strategic sales plans for each market for short and long-term growth
  • Partner to align the marketing strategy with the sales plan to maximize growth opportunities
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, monitor performance against targets, and recommend strategy shifts as needed
  • Track and be accountable to growth metrics established in the business plan, including regional sales volume and revenue goals
  • Coach Business Developers in your region regarding prospecting calls, presentations, and client meetings
  • Participate in training sessions and boot camps when necessary to enhance product/service knowledge and overall skill level 
  • Teach others how to sell value and solutions to BrightView customers
  • Assist team on recognizing and sourcing qualified opportunities and influence adoption
  • Participate in high-stakes client presentations in a coaching/ support role
  • Prioritize effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives
  • Establish key relationships cross-functionally with regional peers, branch management, finance, and marketing/communications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
  • 7+ years of growth marketing, business development, or sales management experience
  • Ability to build influential relationships and operate in a cross-functional environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving key performance targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Must be a great coach and motivational leader who can influence without using formal authority
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly competitive, positive, and results driven growth leader
  • Experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task
  • Working experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales preferred
  • Proficient with computer software programs including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Physical Demands/Requirements:

  • Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, photocopier, and computer printer
  • Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of time
  • Ability to travel 40% - 50% depending on the geographic territory

  • This role works in an indoor office work environment

Compensation Pay Range:

125,000 - 170,000

BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members. Benefits offerings for full-time team members include medical, dental, and vision insurance, ancillary and voluntary products, a 401k savings plan with employer contributions, and 6 to 9 company paid holidays per year. Employees may also be eligible to receive paid time off for vacation and/or sick leave, tuition reimbursement, and/or potential variable pay opportunities based on position and performance.
