Field Marketing & Events Manager - West

Oasis Security

Remote

Full-time

Posted 23 days ago

Job description

About Oasis Security
At Oasis Security, we're redefining how enterprises manage access in the age of AI. Every organization deploying AI agents is taking on access risks they can't yet see, and the tools they've relied on were never built for this. We built Oasis to change that. Backed by Sequoia, Accel, and Craft Ventures, we're trusted by dozens of Fortune 500 companies including S&P Global, Mars, and Nationwide, and we're only getting started.
Why Oasis, why now
The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it. The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.
Summary
We're looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to join our Marketing team and lead the strategy and execution of Oasis's regional field presence during a period of rapid growth.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, pipeline, and experience.
You will architect and execute a high-impact regional events strategy - from flagship industry conferences to curated executive experiences - across US, and beyond. Your work will directly drive awareness, influence enterprise deals, and strengthen Oasis's position as a category leader in identity security.
What You'll Do
  • Regional Event Strategy: Design and execute a world-class events calendar-from high-touch executive roundtables for Fortune 500 CISOs to major international security summits.
  • Full-Stack Execution: Own end-to-end logistics, including vendor regional management, booth production, and on-site execution, ensuring a seamless brand experience anywhere in the world.
  • Pipeline Acceleration: Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every regional engagement is captured, tracked, and converted into a measurable pipeline.
  • Strategic Insights: Translate event data into actionable business impact, continuously optimizing our regional strategy based on market trends and performance.
  • AI-Driven Innovation: Leverage AI tools to scale your workflows and create personalized, cutting-edge experiences for attendees.
What we're looking for
  • The Experience: 3-5 years in field marketing or event management, with a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Conference Expertise: Previous experience managing presence at major industry conferences like RSA or Identiverse is a significant advantage.
  • Multi-Region Experience: Proven track record of executing high-impact events (across different US regions) and managing international vendors.
  • Strategic Execution: You are a "doer" who can also think big. You can move seamlessly from high-level strategy to the granular details of on-site production.
  • Pipeline Focused: You understand that an event's success is measured by the quality of the pipeline it generates, not just the number of attendees.
  • AI Savvy: You are curious about and comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, or meeting assistants) to optimize your work and the attendee experience.
  • Exceptional Communication: You can hold your own in a room with CISOs and executives, representing Oasis with confidence and clarity.
  • Eager to take ownership, prove your impact, and grow with a fast-scaling startup.
Who You Are
  • Builder: You take ownership and turn ideas into execution
  • Detail-Oriented: Nothing slips through the cracks, even under pressure
  • Strategic Thinker: You understand how events translate into pipeline and revenue
  • Relationship-Driven: You know how to engage senior stakeholders and create meaningful experiences
  • Scrappy & Resourceful: You find solutions quickly and move things forward
  • Calm Under Pressure: You handle last-minute changes without losing control
Why This Role
This is not a traditional events role.
You won't just execute- you'll own a critical growth channel, influence how Oasis shows up in the market, and directly impact revenue.
Equal opportunity
Oasis Security is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the world we're securing. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability status. Oasis Security does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes and will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Oasis Security.
