Job Summary

Ghoman Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Vice President / Regional Manager to oversee multi-property hotel operations. The role is responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and ensuring full compliance with Marriott International brand standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, proven multi-unit management experience, and a deep understanding of Marriott systems and culture.


Key Responsibilities

Regional Leadership

  • Oversee operations of multiple Marriott-branded hotel properties
  • Lead and support General Managers to achieve operational and financial targets
  • Ensure consistent execution of Marriott brand standards across all locations

Financial Performance

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability (GOP/NOI), and market share
  • Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Identify opportunities to improve asset performance

Brand Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all properties meet or exceed Marriott QA audit standards
  • Maintain brand consistency in service, design, and guest experience
  • Coordinate with Marriott brand teams on inspections and property improvements

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency and service delivery
  • Resolve escalated operational issues promptly

Business Development

  • Support new hotel development, acquisitions, and brand conversions
  • Assist ownership in strategic planning and growth initiatives
  • Strengthen market positioning and competitive advantage

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
  • Drive performance management and succession planning
  • Foster a culture aligned with Marriott service excellence

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards
  • Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks

Qualifications
  • Mandatory: Proven experience working with Marriott International branded hotels
  • 10–15+ years of hospitality leadership experience, including multi-property oversight
  • Strong experience with Marriott brand standards, QA audits, and systems
  • Demonstrated financial expertise with full P&L responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Hospitality degree preferred
