Familiarity with asset management systems, deployment tools such as SCCM, and ticketing software is typically required. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with help desk staff, network administrators, and end users to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth transition. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to adapt to evolving technology environments.

They play a crucial role during large-scale technology refresh projects, such as company-wide hardware upgrades or software rollouts. Refresh Techs typically work as part of an IT team and may interact directly with end-users to ensure a smooth transition.
