Overview

The Referral Coordinator handles referrals from primary care providers to the desired specialist for the patient in need. This position is responsible for the scheduling, sending and receiving of medical records, and communications with all parties required to complete the referral process. The Referral Coordinator must comply with Conway Regional Health System's policies and procedures.
