Job description

Industrial Machine Operator
Pay: Starting at $16.00
Schedule: Will train first week 7am- 330pm then transition to night shift 3am-330pm

Seeking a dependable and safety-focused Industrial Machine Operator. This role is responsible for operating tire recycling equipment, ensuring efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:
· Operate and monitor tire recycling machinery (shredders, conveyors, granulators, etc.)
· Ensure consistent material flow and meet daily production targets
· Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
· Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
· Follow all safety procedures and enforce company policies
· Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment required
· Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance and mechanical systems
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues independently
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
· Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in tire recycling, scrap processing, or heavy equipment operation
