Recruitment Intern

The Recruitment Intern will gain experience in the day-to-day functions of recruitment as well as other more general areas of HR. The Recruitment Intern will be responsible for processing applications and sending correspondences, posting job descriptions and creating a recruiting history, conducting telephone and personal interviews, interacting with potential employees regarding their application, updating HR information and files, sending reference checks, completing paperwork for new hires, transfers, and separated employees, attend recruiting events representing Sandhills, assist coordination of volunteer activities, and more. The intern will be exposed to a very diverse and dynamic company and will be encouraged to help define better ways of maintaining and distributing human resource information. Assume other duties as assigned. This internship is paid at $20/hour!
