Job Description:

A leading entertainment company is seeking a Recruiting Researcher to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and assessing exceptional talent across animation and technology disciplines, including technical artists, creatives, engineers, and specialists shaping the future of animation-focused technology.

The Recruiting Researcher will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to develop sourcing strategies, identify top candidates, and support hiring initiatives while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute sourcing strategies in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers to identify qualified talent.

·       Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and influence talent acquisition strategies.

·       Source, track, and engage high-volume candidate pipelines for assigned roles.

·       Research emerging technology trends and talent markets within animation, gaming, and VFX industries.

·       Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with business needs.

·       Support efficient candidate workflows by collaborating with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring teams.

·       Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Required Qualifications:

·       3+ years of recruiting experience, including technical recruiting experience; experience in animation, gaming, VFX, or creative technology environments preferred.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Technology, or a related field.

·       Strong understanding of animation pipelines, creative workflows, and technical roles.

·       Knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment regulations.

·       Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

·       Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
