Overview
We are seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter with a strong background in cybersecurity hiring, specifically within Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role will own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through client submission, interview coordination, offer support, and ongoing consultant engagement throughout the project duration.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple technical roles and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities (Full-Cycle Recruiting)
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand cybersecurity/IAM skillsets
  • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through outreach and relationship-building
ATS & Recruiting Operations
  • Manage and maintain candidate records in the ATS (submittals, status updates, interview notes, feedback tracking, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and clean workflow tracking throughout the hiring process
  • Monitor recruiting metrics (pipeline activity, time-to-fill, candidate response rates, interview progress)
Candidate Screening & Qualification
  • Conduct candidate screens to validate technical alignment, communication, experience, and project fit
  • Confirm availability, work authorization, location/remote requirements, and rate expectations
  • Assess candidate experience across IAM tools and concepts (Okta, SailPoint, SSO, MFA, provisioning, integrations, APIs, etc.)
Client Presentation & Submission
  • Prepare and present qualified candidates to clients with clear summaries and supporting details
  • Coordinate candidate submissions and ensure candidates are fully prepared for interviews
  • Communicate candidate strengths clearly and align talent recommendations to client needs
Interview Coordination & Feedback Management
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, managing calendar coordination and logistics
  • Track interview feedback, follow-ups, and next steps in a timely manner
  • Maintain consistent communication with both candidates and hiring stakeholders
Ongoing Consultant Engagement
  • Stay connected with placed consultants throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support ongoing communication, check-ins, and issue escalation as needed
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and long-term client satisfaction
