About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive People Ops Intern to support our hiring team throughout the summer. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role focused on interview coordination, candidate experience, and recruiting operations. The intern will work closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to help keep the hiring process running smoothly.
What you will be Doing:
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple teams
  • Support onsite interview logistics and candidate experience
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on scheduling and coordination needs
  • Assist with recruiting operations and administrative support as needed
  • Help maintain organized recruiting workflows and documentation
