SEEKING A SALES MANAGER TO MANAGE OUR NORTHERN, WI MARKET!
FCX Performance is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company.
As a Sales Manager, you will be in a hybrid role managing a team of sales reps while developing and maintaining your own account base. You will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. You will establish sales targets, develop strategic plans, analyze performance metrics, and ensure consistent execution of company policies to meet or exceed quotas.

We seek:
  • Strong leadership, negotiation skills and results driven.
  • Proven experience as a field sales representative.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales staff, providing coaching to improve performance.
  • Create and implement sales strategies, quotas, and goals to expand the customer base in the assigned district.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing Sales teams, vendor engagement-cross functional.
  • Technical capacity/mechanical aptitude
  • Experience in flow control industry: pumps, instrumentation with a solid working knowledge of valves and valve automation
  • Business acumen and strategic approach

Preferred Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
  • Experience in Outside Sales/Account Manager/Territory Manager role within the industrial marketplace required.
  • Background in Sales Management role preferred; demonstrated ability to manage diverse sales teams.
  • Background in P & L is helpful
